先日、多くのお客様からご意見をいただき、S480テントの赤いポールを黒色に変更したいとのご要望がございました。お客様と@sotograph_cinematics様の貴重なご意見を参考に、社内でも議論を重ねた結果、お客様にご満足いただけるよう、以下の対応を決定いたしました。

1. 黒色ポールの無料プレゼント S480テントをご購入いただいたお客様全員に、新しい黒色ポールを無料でご提供いたします。よりスタイリッシュで洗練されたデザインをお楽しみいただけます。

2. 注文方法 新しい黒色ポールをご希望のお客様は、弊社が準備が整い次第、改めてご注文方法をご案内いたします。ご案内後、オンラインストアにて500円の費用でご注文ください。この費用は、新しいポールの梱包・配送にかかる費用となります。ご注文いただいた後、4月頃を目処に新しい黒色ポールをお送りいたします。

3. 赤色ポールの返却 新しい黒色ポールをお送りする際に、古い赤いポールを回収することはございません。お手持ちの赤いポールは、そのままお使いいただくか、お好きなようにご処分ください。

We have great news for customers who have purchased the S480 tent.

We have received a lot of feedback from customers regarding the red poles of the S480 tent, and many of you have expressed a desire to have black poles instead. After careful consideration and taking into account the valuable feedback from our customers and @sotograph_cinematics, we have decided to make the following changes:

1. Free Black Pole All customers who have purchased the S480 tent will receive a new set of black poles free of charge. You can enjoy a more stylish and sophisticated design.

2. How to Order Once we are ready, we will send out a notification with detailed instructions on how to order the new black poles. You can then place a ¥500 order on our online store. This fee covers the cost of packaging and shipping the new poles. We expect to ship the new black poles around April.

3. Return of Red Poles You do not need to return your old red poles when we send you the new black poles. You can keep them or dispose of them as you wish.
