1. 最近、注文が急増しているため、注文の順番に従って発送を行っております。
2. 発送後、配送状況に関する自動メールをお送りします。メールには追跡番号が記載されています。
3. 追跡番号がすぐに確認できない場合もありますが、ご安心ください。通関手続き中のため、2〜3営業日を要します。その後、配送状況をご確認いただけます。通常、発送通知メールを受け取った後、3〜5営業日以内に商品が届きます。
4. S450 PRO T/C/S480などの重い商品は、2つの配送パッケージに分けて発送されることがあります。そのため、同じ日に配達されない場合もありますが、すべて配送されますのでご安心ください。
5. もし、メールが届かない場合は、メールボックスで「BASE」や「Black Dragon」のキーワードで検索してください。注文が正常に完了していれば、システムから自動的にメールが送信されます。

2. After shipment, you will automatically receive an email containing the tracking number for your package.
3. Sometimes, the tracking number may not be available immediately. Please don't worry, as this is due to customs clearance, which may take 2–3 business days. After that, you will be able to track your package. In most cases, you should receive the package within 3–5 business days after receiving the shipping notification.
4. For heavier items like the S450 PRO T/C/S480, they will be shipped in two separate packages, so you may not receive both on the same day. Please be patient, as both packages will be delivered.
5. Some customers report not receiving emails. Please search for the keywords “BASE” or “Black Dragon” in your inbox. If your order was successfully placed, an automatic email will be sent by the system.
