【TPU 白化（曇り）現象についてのご案内】

TPUの白化（曇り）現象は、
使用後の乾燥状態や保管環境に大きく影響される素材特性によるものです。

以下のような状態で使用・保管された場合、
TPU表面または素材内部に水分が滞留し、
次回展開時に透明度が低下し、白く曇ったように見えることがあります。

【発生しやすい条件】
・使用後、TPU表面に湿気が残っている場合
・内側に目視では確認しにくい結露水が残っている場合
・完全に乾燥しないまま、長時間密閉して保管した場合

また、使用回数が少ない場合であっても、
湿気の多い場所や通気性の悪い環境で保管されていた場合には、
同様の白化現象が生じる可能性があります。

本現象は TPU素材の特性によるものであり、製品本体の品質不良や初期不良には該当いたしません。

【保管・使用時のお願い】
再発防止のため、
・ご使用後はTPUを十分に乾燥させてから収納してください
・湿気の少ない、風通しの良い場所で保管してください

About TPU Whitening (Cloudiness)

Whitening or cloudiness on TPU is a material-related characteristic and is closely affected by drying condition after use and storage environment.

Moisture may remain on the TPU surface or inside the material under the following conditions:

• Moisture remains on the TPU surface after use

• Invisible condensation remains on the inner side

• The product is stored in a sealed condition without being fully dried

When moisture is trapped on the surface or within the TPU structure, it may interfere with light transmission when the product is unfolded again, causing a temporary reduction in transparency or a cloudy/whitish appearance.

Even with limited use, whitening may still occur if the product is stored in a humid or poorly ventilated environment.

This phenomenon is a result of TPU material properties and does not indicate a product defect or manufacturing fault.

Care & Storage Recommendations

To reduce the likelihood of whitening:

• Fully unfold and dry the TPU after use

• Ensure no moisture remains before storage

• Store in a dry, well-ventilated area
